My longing to reconnect with the land of my ancestors in Nicaragua led me to the sacred arts of shamanism and animism. Guided by my spiritual teachers and mentors, Cathy Hiess, Augustine Rasquin, and Betsy Bergstrom, my deepest desire is to help preserve these ancient wisdom traditions and support others in re-establishing their connection to their original and authentic essence.

I approach this work with a deep curiosity about how our earliest experiences, relationships, ancestry, and cultural influences shape our sense of self, belonging, and connection. Through a relational and systemic lens, I weave together Somatic Experiencing®, shamanic practices, and ancestral perspectives to support individuals in reconnecting with the wisdom of the body, mind, and spirit.

Grounded in the belief that each person carries an innate wisdom and capacity for transformation, I strive to create a space where integration can emerge naturally through embodiment and presence. Together, we explore what longs to be reclaimed, released, remembered, and honored, deepening connection to self, lineage, community, and spirit while cultivating greater wholeness, authenticity, and sovereignty.

I offer individual sessions and group workshops where Somatic Experiencing®, a systemic lens, and ancestral shamanic wisdom come together to support the restoration of vitality, connection, and life force. Together, we explore the challenges, lived experiences, and inherited patterns that may contribute to imbalance, disconnection, or obstacles to the natural flow of love, belonging, and well-being.
