My longing to reconnect with the land of my ancestors in Nicaragua led me to the sacred arts of shamanism and animism. Guided by my spiritual teachers and mentors—Cathy Hiess, Augustine Rasquin, and Betsy Bergstrom—my deepest desire is to help preserve these ancient spiritual wisdoms and support others in re-establishing their connection to their original and true essence.

I offer individual sessions and group workshops where somatic awareness, shamanic healing, and ancestral wisdom are integrated to help individuals regain their sovereignty and life force. Together, we explore life’s challenges that may have created imbalance, disconnection, or blocks to the natural flow of love.

Through Somatic Experiencing®, Family Constellations, and shamanic practices, I strive to support you in restoring your personal power, reintegrating lost soul parts, releasing what no longer serves, and reconnecting with the body’s innate wisdom. Whether in-person or online, my commitment is to provide a safe, accepting, and non-judgmental space where deep listening and transformation can unfold, helping you step more fully into your essence with awareness, vitality, and authenticity.
