Playday August 2026

Dear Members of Our Community,

We are delighted to invite you to our Summer Playday – a community day and cherished tradition that brings us together in a spirit of connection, sharing, and joy.

Sunday, August 16, 2026
10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Inspired and nurtured for many years by Cathy Hiess, this day offers a unique opportunity to reconnect, strengthen our relationships, deepen our connection to shamanic practices within the community, and enjoy the beauty of nature together.

This year, we will gather once again in a beautiful natural sanctuary located approximately one hour from both Montreal and Ottawa, surrounded by forest and spaces that invite relaxation, meaningful exchange, and exploration.

Please bring your own lunch, anything you may need to be comfortable outdoors for the day, and your spirit of curiosity and community. For those needing carpooling this could be arranged.

Contribution: $20 (non-refundable)
RSVP by August 7

We sincerely hope you will join us in celebrating, sharing, and continuing this wonderful tradition.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Playday February 2026

Fire Horse

Sisterhood, compassion,

invisible connections,

dreams and inner journeys,

with the Fire Horse,

whose hoof strikes true and decisive,

trotting, galloping, even flying

to the meetings

with our power animals,

to cross through realities

and the dimensions of the Three Worlds.

Alone and together,

with Vicky, Cathy, Heydi, and Nadia,

and all of us gathered as one!

Friendships reunited or newly discovered, helping one another, growing, healing, learning, and supporting the world through the power of the drum, songs and dances, words, felt experiences, visions, and shared wisdom.

Living once again in the spirit of “restoring the wholeness and harmony of being,” at the heart of the shamanic tradition.

It was enriched with compassion and love, with living imagination and a sense of purpose, that we parted until the next time…

What a wonderful day!
