UNRAVELED is an immersive and experiential week-end workshop designed to help you reconnect with your Sovereignty, reclaim your unique voice, and step fully into your Personal Power.
Together, we will explore powerful techniques to unravel the ties of the past, present, and future—clearing hardships, outdated and/or limiting belief systems, unconscious vows, and generational patterns that can keep us from fully thriving.

This workshop prepares you and serves as a prerequisite for our upcoming Compassionate Depossession workshop in the Fall of 2026—an advanced training offered only once every two years.
This work derives from the pioneering teachings of Betsy Bergstrom
Compassionate Depossession is an advanced, practitioner-oriented workshop that integrates practical tools within a spiritual tradition framework. Grounded in compassion, choice, and respect for all involved, this work offers a powerful and transformative approach to experiences understood, in certain spiritual traditions, as arising from the presence or influence of attached or overshadowing beings. The process is designed to support both the individual and the suffering being through a profound and humane transition.
Participants are introduced to perspectives on why such attachments may occur and how these dynamics are understood to function within our Middleworld realm. In some cases, these beings are understood as deceased individuals whose own transition was interrupted or unresolved; in other cases, the attached presence may be of a different nature entirely.
The workshop examines how experiences such as soul loss, shock, or substance misuse may leave individuals more vulnerable to external influences, and how these influences can affect emotional, energetic, and behavioral patterns. Rather than approaching these experiences through force or confrontation, this work emphasizes attunement, pacing, and relational safety for all involved.
Through guided teachings and experiential learning, this workshop offers practical tools for spiritual protection and preparation, alongside methods for compassionate depossession that prioritize grounding, presence, and containment. Along the way, participants are invited to meet personal fears, edges, and biases related to death, the unseen, and the uncanny. Throughout the process, strong emphasis is placed on working within an existing spiritual support network—including spiritual protector allies, power animals, psychopomp beings, angelic allies, and more—to support stability, coherence, and integration.

This weekend workshop entitled “The Spirits of the Cosmos Part 1” was created by Claude Poncelet, an internationally renowned shamanic practitioner and astrophysicist.
Through the teachings he received from his own spirits, his personal shamanic work, and his knowledge of astrophysics, he pioneered this experiential work with the spirits of the Cosmos. And now, with his permission, we have the immense privilege of sharing this workshop with you.
We will experience communication and contemplation through various shamanic journeys to cosmic spirits of galaxies, pulsars, quasars, supernovae, and many others. We will travel through space and time while remembering that we, too, are made of stardust.

This weekend workshop, Spirits of the Cosmos – Part 2, continues the shamanic work begun around the spirits of the cosmos, which Claude Poncelet, a shamanic practitioner and pioneer in this experiential work, developed thanks to the teachings of his own spirits and nourished by his deep knowledge of astrophysics. Science recognizes that the visible universe represents only a tiny fraction of its totality: barely 5% of visible matter. The remaining 95% is made up of black energy and matter, whose existence is known to science but whose true nature remains a mystery, with only theoretical models and observational clues to go on.
In this workshop, we will journey into this mysterious space of the cosmos. We will work with the spirits of cosmic phenomena discovered through scientific observations and experiments, as well as phenomena that we know scientifically exist but whose physical nature we do not yet fully understand.
Exploring this mystery is like entering into a dance between knowledge and wonder, between what science illuminates and what the spirits of the cosmos want to share with us. It inspires humility, both for science and for us, inhabitants of Mother Earth.

The Spirits of the Cosmos: Part 1 is a prerequisite for all participants.
The workshop, Spirits of the microcosm, was created by Augustine Rasquin, an experienced shamanic practitioner and teacher, now a retired paediatric doctor. Inspired by discoveries about the microbiome, this three-day workshop was shaped by the teachings of her own spirits, enriched by the depth of her medical knowledge and in collaboration with her friends and colleagues in shamanism Cathy Hiess and Claude Poncelet. And now, with her permission, we have the immense privilege of sharing this workshop with you.
This innovative shamanic practice aims to restore harmony to the body by rebalancing the energy of our inner microcosm—our microbiome. It invites us to explore the deep resonance that connects this microcosm to the harmonious macrocosm of the universe. The spirits of the microcosm accompany and guide us with their messages to help us restore our energy balance and reconnect with our wholeness.
By experiencing this workshop together, we will learn to connect with something greater than ourselves, to deepen our awareness that everything is intimately connected, and to reconnect with the harmony of the universe by finding it within ourselves and by allowing it to radiate around us through the return of our own well-being.

This workshop will be a prerequisite for shapeshifting -part 2
Shapeshifting is an ancient shamanic practice found in almost every culture and shamanic traditions around the world. This in-depth practice requires a high level of impeccability and diligence, so that it can become an integral part of the practitioner’s shamanic work and daily life.
This 3-day workshop is based on Claude Poncelet ‘s many years of personal work. You will discover and experience what shapeshifting is with a power animal and as a broader objective, this workshop will also teach you how to work more effectively in the middle world with your spirit allies, deepen your relationship with them, and move swiftly between ordinary and non-ordinary realities.
In the Shapeshifting workshop – part 1, we learned that this ancient practice, which is present in almost every shamanic tradition in the world, is deeply spiritual, subtle and mysterious. The teachings in this workshop are based on many years of Dr. Claude Poncelet’s personal work and research.
In part 2 of this workshop, we will deepen the experience of shapeshifting which, with practice, helps to increase our awareness of the unity of the universe; the sacredness and interconnection of all things. It is through this state of union, where compassion is born, that we can be of service to our community, and to the Earth.
Over this three-day workshop, we will further explore shapeshifting into trees, mountains, oceans and rocks. We will experience what’s known as “multiple shapeshifting” and we will examine the nature and relationship between ordinary and non-ordinary reality, in addition to the difference between shamanic consciousness and pure consciousness.
This advanced workshop enables us to work more effectively in the middle world with our spirit allies, and to deepen our relationship with them, in order to move forward on our shamanic path.
